In addition to our group lessons, you can train without supervision or with supervision.

Training without supervision
You are always welcome to come and train independently at Toucan Sportsclub. In our gym you will find several professional cardio- and power machines. Everything is available for a good workout!

Training with supervision
With training with supervision you work out according to a schedule. You will set up this schedule with a professional instructor based on your own goals. Every 6 weeks, the schedule is reviewed and adjusted if necessary.

Here are a few examples:

  • Lose weight
  • Preventing or treating a specific injury
  • Preparing for a sporting event (such as a marathon)
  • Improving your condition
  • Motivation
