Van der Valk Eindhoven is happy to put you in the limelight. The master chef and his brigade have worked with great passion on a new card especially for you. Inspired by recognizable dishes and familiar flavors. Dutch dishes, with pure products, transformed into surprising dishes. In short; a mix of modern ideas and authentic preparation methods.
The mussels are of course a real classic in Dutch cuisine. We have opted for top quality mussels from Zeeland Yerseke, a delicious, salty delicacy from Zeeland. Straight out of the water, into the pan and onto the plate. Fits perfectly with the fresh Wild Rock Sauvignon Blanc Elevation from Marlborough in New Zealand, especially due to its delicious scent of lime, passion fruit and the green scent of basil, but nevertheless a mildly dry finish. "
Finally, I advise you to enjoy our delicious desserts with home-made ice cream. Now that Dutch apples are at their best, I recommend our own 'moes de pom' dessert. Homemade apple ice cream with a creamy cherry sauce. A perfect end to an evening full of delicious food!

As the leaves started to fall from the trees, our chef drew his inspiration from the flavours that define the game season. To start with, these flavours have been beautifully brought to the fore in a twice-drawn game broth. Come enjoy the mild flavour of the venison medallions served with delicious winter vegetables and a creamy parsnip crème. To complete the meal, we are serving a scrumptious frangipane tartelette with baked pears. It's a delicious seasonal menu perfect for the bracing winter months.
