You can check in at our reception from 15:00 uur. Our reception is open 24/7, so you can also check in late. Your hotel room will in any case be held for you until 18:00 uur. If you wish to check in later, we ask you to inform the front office.
It is important that at check-in all guests can show a valid form of identification.

You can check out during the week until 11:00 uur. On Saturday and Sunday you can check out until 12:00 uur. Checking out earlier is of course always possible, there is someone present 24 uur per dag to assist you.

For an additional charge you can use your hotel room for a longer period, subject to availability. A late check-out is until no later than 17:00 uur, for this we charge a fee of €50,-. A late check-out is possible based on availability and must always be confirmed by the reception. Please contact us by phone or by e-mail.

When you stay at Hotel Eindhoven, you can enjoy our generous breakfast buffet. The cost for this is€ 19,50 p.p. for adults and € 9,75 p.p. for children from 4 - 11 years. View the opening hours of the buffethere.

When you are not a guest at the hotel, you can come for breakfast based on availability. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve for this. Would you like to be guaranteed a spot? Then take a look at ourLazy Sunday Brunch.

After 23:00 uur several entrances of the hotel close to ensure safety. At that time there is only one entrance open, namely the hotel entrance. This is the entrance on the highway side by the pond.

No, unfortunately. Dogs, cats and other (house)animals are not allowed in the hotel, in the rooms, the conference area or in the restaurants.

Hotel Eindhoven is in a pleasant location from which you can easily reach the city center or get onto the highway.

The bus stop 'Genneper Parken P+R' is right outside the door. From here several regular bus lines will take you to the centre in 10 minutes. Eindhoven city centre is easy to reach by thepublic transport.

By car you can also reach Eindhoven city centre within 10 minutes. Prefer a taxi? Our Front Office staff will be happy to book one for you.

Parking

When you visit our hotel by car, you can get this for free.to park on our own parking lot. Here you will also find a wide range ofcharging stations for your electric car.

Unfortunately it is not possible to pay for your room booking in cash at Hotel Eindhoven. We have chosen this to ensure the safety of our staff. In our restaurants (Bistro Chez Maman, Het Buffet, OZZO Food & Drinks) cash payment is possible.

We support various initiatives when it comes to sustainability. For example, we plant trees through the Green Stays Foundation, we have the Green Key certificate, and we facilitate your sustainable transport with our electric charging stations.

Green Stays

By staying in our hotel you can contribute to a greener world! When you stay in our hotel for several days, you can choose not to make use of the interim room cleaning. In return, we will then plant a tree in collaboration with Hotels Stays. For multiple nights you can of course plant multiple trees!
