At Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven, you can enjoy the most delicious and extensive High Tea in Eindhoven at Bistro Chez Maman between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

With this High Tea you are guaranteed a successful afternoon. Enjoy a cozy chat with the girls while indulging in delicious homemade and artisanal snacks.

Not just any tea
During the High Tea, you do not just enjoy a tea. Bistro Chez Maman proudly serves Ronnefeldt tea. The deluxe teas of this renowned tea brand come from the best tea regions in the world. The rich flavors are thanks to the right climate, the right soil, and the careful process in which the tea leaves are picked and selected. Are you more of a lover of black gold? No problem, we also offer various deluxe coffee types for coffee enthusiasts.

High Tea menu
During the High Tea, you will enjoy various delicacies spread over three courses. Think of a soup, different types of sandwiches, small savory snacks, and of course, sweet treats are a must! In short, a surprising High Tea made with fresh, artisanal, and sustainable products. Below you will find the menu, which is subject to change.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a gluten- or lactose-free High Tea.
When there are more than 50 reservations, the High Tea will be served in a buffet style.

Gang 1

  • Tomato soup (kan vega), Lightly spiced minced meat, tomato, tomato crumble.

  • Brown floor bread, arugula, carpaccio, truffle mayonnaise, crispy onions, parmesan cheese

  • White floor bread, mesclun, old cheese salad, walnuts, coarse mustard mayonnaise.

  • Mini croissant, herb cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers

  • Mini mushroom pastry, crispy puff pastry, mushrooms

  • Tomato tortilla, mesclun, roasted garlic mayonnaise, smoked chicken, boiled egg, cucumber.

Gang 2

  • Mini Bossche bol, whipped cream

  • Caramel macaron, salted caramel ganache

  • Earl Grey macaron, Earl Grey ganache

  • Mini muffin, jelly filling

  • Apple crumble, Butter, Vanilla

  • Mini chocolate pastry, powdered sugar

Gang 3

  • Sgroppino, green tea ice cream, lemon tea syrup
