After the opening in 1973, Wil Polman was the matron of the house at the restaurant in Hotel Eindhoven for 25 years. Under her watchful eye, thousands of guests were received, the silver polished, the tablecloths straightened, and the cherry placed on the applesauce. As a tribute to her, we present Chez Maman. A homage to the homeliness, hospitality, and simple yet delicious dishes we know from mama's dining table. Whether you're coming for a cup of coffee, an extensive lunch, a cozy high tea, or a tasteful dinner: at Bistro Chez Maman, you are welcome every day!

The extensive dinner menu is inspired by classic French cuisine and is full of refined dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients preferably sourced from the region. Think Fruits de Mer, escargots, steak tartare, rich soups, fresh salads, and traditional desserts.
Complete your dinner with a matching glass of wine: our drinks menu offers a beautiful selection of French wines and champagne. Our staff is happy to advise you at the table.

The youngest guests have also been considered. We present plenty of treats through a specially and carefully crafted children's menu.
Group reservations
Would you like to dine with a group at our place? You can! Groups of 10-19 people can enjoy our artisanal 3-course menu. Parties with 20 people or more are, of course, also welcome in the brasserie. We kindly ask you to contact us by phone to discuss the options and make the reservation.

During the High Tea, you don't just enjoy a cup of tea. Bistro Chez Maman proudly serves 'Ronnefeldt tea'. These luxury teas from this renowned tea brand come from the best tea regions in the world. The rich flavors are due to the right climate, the right soil, and the careful process in which the tea leaves are picked and selected. Are you more of a coffee lover? No problem, we also offer various luxury coffee varieties for coffee enthusiasts.
During the High Tea, you enjoy various delicacies spread over 3 courses. Think of a small soup, different kinds of sandwiches, small savory snacks, and of course, sweet treats should not be missing!
In short, a surprising High Tea made with fresh, artisanal, and sustainable products.

* Unfortunately, we cannot offer a gluten- or lactose-free High Tea
* To be reserved from 2 to a maximum of 9 people. Larger groups available on request.
When there are more than 50 reservations, the High Tea is presented in a buffet style.
* The High Tea can be reserved daily, based on availability, between 12:30 - 14:00 and has a duration of 2.5 hours
