After its opening in 1973, Wil Polman was the mother of the house at the restaurant in Hotel Eindhoven for 25 years. Under her watchful eye, thousands of guests were welcomed, silver polished, tablecloths straightened, and cherries placed on apple sauce. As a tribute to her, we present Chez Maman. A tribute to the homeliness, hospitality, and simple yet delicious dishes we know from mom's dining table. Whether you come for a cup of coffee, a lavish lunch, a cozy high tea, or a tasteful dinner: at Bistro Chez Maman you are welcome every day!

The extensive dinner menu is inspired by classic French cuisine and is full of refined dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients preferably sourced from the region. Think of Fruits de Mer, escargots, steak tartare, rich soups, fresh salads, and traditional desserts.
Complete your dinner with a matching glass of wine: our drinks menu offers a beautiful selection of French wines and champagne. Our staff will gladly advise you at the table.
For our smallest guests
The youngest guests are also thought of. We present enough tasty options through a special and carefully composed children's menu.
Group reservations
Would you like to dine with a group? That's possible! Groups of 10-19 people can enjoy our artisanal 3-course choice menu. Groups of 20 or more are, of course, also welcome in the brasserie. We ask you to contact us by phone to discuss the options and make a reservation.

High Tea

During the High Tea, you don't just enjoy any tea. Bistro Chez Maman proudly serves 'Puritea'. These luxury teas from this renowned tea brand come from Sri Lanka. The rich flavors are due to the right climate, the right soil, and the careful process in which the tea leaves are picked and selected. Are you more of a coffee lover? No problem, we also offer various luxury coffee types for coffee enthusiasts.
During the High Tea you will enjoy various delicacies, spread over 3 courses. Think of a small soup, various types of sandwiches, small savory snacks, and of course, sweets must not be lacking!
In short, a surprising High Tea made with fresh, artisanal, and sustainable products.

* Available for reservations from 2 to a maximum of 9 people. Larger groups upon request.
When there are more than 50 reservations, the High Tea is presented in a buffet form
* The High Tea can be reserved daily, subject to availability, between 12:30 - 14:00 and lasts 2.5 hours
* Rate: € 30.50 per person (full prepayment required)
