Do you want to start the day off well? Visit restaurant The Buffet and enjoy the most extensive breakfast in Eindhoven!  During our generous breakfast buffet you can compose your own breakfast. Our chefs also prepare various dishes on the spot for you.

Our generous breakfast buffet includes;

• Extensive luxury bread assortment from our "Bakery"
• Various hot, cold, sweet and savory types of sandwich spreads
• Fresh egg dishes such as an omelette and fried eggs
• Dairy products such as farm yogurt and cottage cheese
• Dried fruit, various nuts and muesli
• Various juices, teas and fresh coffee

Monday - Friday: 6:30 - 10:30 hours.
You can choose from various time slots of one hour with an arrival time between 6:30 - 10:00 hours.
Saturday - Sunday: 7:30  - 11:30 hours.
Here too you can choose from various time slots of one hour with an arrival time between 7:30 - 11:00 hours.

Exceptions
During holidays, we apply weekend opening hours (07:30 - 11:30) for the breakfast buffet.
