040 Zuid

040 Zuid is the perfect location for plenary presentations, exhibitions, festive evenings and gala dinners up to 660 persons. The conference room boasts natural daylight over the entire length, soundproof walls and modern audiovisual technology such as a beamer with a large screen (6x3 meters). The room is also wheelchair accessible and the lighting in the room can be adjusted to your own wishes with the touchscreen panel. The conference room is located on the first floor.

040 Zuid is multifunctional; any configuration is possible. Moreover, thanks to the sliding walls, the 040 Zuid can be linked to the 040 Noord, which makes it easy to increase the total surface area of the room. 

With a total surface area of 559 m2, 040 Zuid is suitable for a meeting up to:
•    110 persons in exam setup;
•    220 persons in school setup;
•    280 persons in cabaret setup;
•    504 persons in theatre setup;
•    312 persons in gala setup;
•    504 persons in reception setup;

All of our meeting rooms are equipped with a Service Caller so you can ask for assistance from within the room.
