• No signed contract required. Confirmation by e-mail is sufficient, after this you still have all the flexibility you need.

• This promotion does not apply to subsessions, the 040 hall or multi-day meetings. The UVH conditions apply here.
• The RIVM guidelines for the 1.5 meter society apply at 040 Congress & Events and in Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven.
• The quotation is based on room hire and in combination with a meeting package.
• This promotion is also valid for a room block up to 9 rooms.
• The conditions for this promotion may differ due to changes in the guidelines of the central government.
