We understand that plans can sometimes change. That's why we have clearly and transparently set out our cancellation policy, so you know exactly where you stand when changing or canceling a reservation. Below you will find all the details regarding cancellations, costs, and deadlines for meetings and events at our place.

Our terms and conditions:

A cancellation must be communicated to us in writing and dated. No rights can be granted to an oral cancellation.

The day of receipt of the letter, fax or email is considered as the final cancellation date. The total reservation value, based on the most recent confirmation of the group, event or congress, is the basis for the amount due for the contracting party of the agreement.

These cancellation conditions apply to the following types of cancellations:

  • When the entire event is canceled

  • In case of partial cancellation of the event facilities (e.g. meals, break-out room)

  • Reduction of the duration of the event leading to a decrease in the reservation value.

  • Reduction in the contracted number of guests *

  • If the entire event has been moved to another date

Cancellation of hotel and/or conference accommodation

  • In case of cancellation more than 6 months before the time at which the first catering service should be provided according to the relevant catering agreement, the customer is not obliged to pay any compensation to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation more than 3 months before the intended date, the customer is obliged to pay 10% of the reservation value to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation more than 2 months before the intended date, the customer is required to pay 15% of the reservation value to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation more than 1 month before the intended date, the customer is obliged to pay 35% of the reservation value to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the intended date, the customer is obliged to pay 60% of the reservation value to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation more than 7 days before the intended time, the customer is obliged to pay 85% of the reservation value to the catering company.

  • In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the intended time, the customer is obligated to pay 100% of the reservation value to the catering company.

Changing the number of people in case of conference and/or event.

  • 1 week prior to the event, you can adjust the number of people downwards by 5% free of charge.

  • 2 weeks prior to the event, you can adjust the number of attendees by 10% at no additional cost.

  • 3 weeks prior to the event, you can adjust the number of attendees downwards by 15% free of charge.

  • 4 weeks prior to the event, you can adjust the number of attendees downwards by 20% free of charge.

  • 5 weeks prior to the event, you can adjust the number of attendees downwards by 25% free of charge.
