The gift card is valid for all facilities within Van der Valk hotel Eindhoven. Think of our restaurants, the cozy hotel bar, or a luxurious overnight stay. Prefer to redeem the gift card outside Eindhoven? That's possible too, we would be happy to inform you about the options!

Dining out with the children during the holidays? We welcome children with open arms!

In the play area, our animation team entertains the children with activities such as a Christmas movie, a game of table football, or a creative craft to take home.

24 December : 17:30 - 21:30 uur
December 25: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM
December 26: 11:00 - 20:30 hours

We provide this entertainment in collaboration with a specialized agency, so that the children are assured of a fun and professional experience.

When multiple rooms are booked, can they be reserved next to each other?

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee this, as it depends on availability and room type.

I have booked an arrangement, at what time is the Christmas activity?

Our team will contact you after making the booking to arrange the time at which we will welcome you in one of our outlets.

Can I change the contents of the arrangement?

No, unfortunately not. Our arrangements are carefully composed.

Is the Christmas package also available for families with children?

We welcome children with open arms! Depending on the arrangement, we serve children an adapted children's menu or children's buffet (ages 4 to 11).

Additionally, we have a corner with professional children's entertainment.

Is there entertainment available for the children?

In the toucan corner, our professional animation team entertains the children with, among other things, a Christmas movie, a game of table football, or a creative craft to take home.

Is it possible to report allergies?

When there are allergies, we must know in advance. Our staff from our Christmas reservations department will then consult with our chef!

Does the full amount need to be paid in advance, or is a deposit sufficient?

That varies per activity!

For the Live Cooking brunch, Live Cooking dinner, and Christmas menu, we require full prepayment.

If you make an a la carte reservation in one of our outlets, we ask for a deposit of € 25.00 per cover. This € 25.00 per cover will be deducted at the time of payment on-site.

What is the cancellation policy during the holidays?

For hotel package, the following applies: You can cancel your booking free of charge up to a maximum of 72 hours before the start of your reservation.

For one of our culinary activities, a cancellation period of 5 working days applies..

Is there sufficient parking during the holidays?

We have 500 free parking spaces (subject to availability). When the parking lot is full, you can park your car for a small fee at the municipal P&R across from our hotel. (2 minutes walk)

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately! Pets are not allowed in our entire building.

Can I have a gift or surprise arranged in the room?

Certainly! Indicate it at the time of booking and our staff will be happy to think along with you!

Can table preferences be taken into account?

Our team does its utmost, but because we work with a tight schedule and different shifts, unfortunately, that is not always possible.

Is sufficient consideration given to guests who eat vegetarian and vegan?

Our buffets are so extensive that there is always something for everyone. If you have other allergens or dietary requirements, let our team know!
