Van der Valk Hotel Eindhoven complies with or intends to comply with the following agreements:

• We actively contribute to the development of our field and the transfer of our knowledge to others who want to learn the profession.

• We inform our business relationships (clients/customers, colleagues, and suppliers) that we engage in socially responsible business practices.

• We make transparent agreements with the customer/client and/or suppliers regarding the quality of our services and monitor the quality we deliver.

• We assess the social impact of our services and strive to minimize it as much as possible, particularly in terms of negative impacts such as fraudulent activities, intimidation, exploitation, and child labor.

• We safeguard both the continuity of our business and that of the employee, and we ensure provisions in case we experience a loss of income.

• We voluntarily contribute to social causes through donations, sponsorships, and/or volunteering.

• We are constantly working on reducing the environmental impact of our company.

• We are continuously working on improving our own procurement process when it comes to purchasing (office) materials and services with an environmental and/or social certification.
