Our 50th anniversary is not just a story of years, but a story of people - the dedicated employees who strive for perfection every day to be surprisingly natural every day.

This year, we are offering an extra Van der Valk menu every quarter, with typical Valk dishes where of course the apple sauce with cherry cannot be missed!

Combine this menu with an overnight stay or book a table at our Brasserie Martinus. Good to know, the menu is an extra addition to the Brasserie Martinus menu and amounts to €50,- including 3 consumptions for beer/fresh drinks/wine.
